Hot Dog Bar
Most of us enjoy standards like ketchup, mustard and relish on our freshly grilled hot dogs. For those that are looking for a little excitement – how about a Hot Dog or Brat Bar!
We set this up in a matter of minutes. Just give your guests a variety of toppings and bread options to choose from.
Bread – instead of the regular buns, offer up tortillas or pitas!
Toppings Bar – warm or cold ingredients can be used. We decided to think of different ‘recipes’ and offer the toppings that best accompanied that. For instance, an Italian dog might consist of pita bread, marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, red onions, black olives, etc. A Tex-Mex dog would be wonderful placed on top of a grilled tortilla or taco shell. Just add Queso, jalapenos, sour cream, green peppers – the possibilities are endless!
Guests can even name their creations. Why not start a family cookbook with pictures and descriptions?!
