Jalapeño Cheddar Kabobs

INGREDIENTS:

Sauce:
1 cup your favorite BBQ sauce
1 cup of Peach Preserves

Place in pan and heat over Medium to Medium/High heat for ten minutes. Stir regularly. Set aside for when the Jalapeño Cheddar Kabobs are done.

1 pkg. of Cloverdale Jalapeño Cheddar Sausages, cut into thirds
Cherry Tomatoes
Sliced Baby Zucchini
Mushrooms
Red Onions, cut into large pieces
Bell Peppers, cut into large pieces

DIRECTIONS:

Toss together in a bowl with oil of your choice and your favorite seasoning. Place onto skewers and grill until lightly charred on each side.  Brush with sauce and enjoy!
