Tangy Summer Sausage was the resounding response! Below is one way we enjoy Tangy Summer Sausage at get-togethers:

Cheesy Tangy Wraps

1          package egg roll wraps

1          28 oz. stick of Cloverdale Tangy Summer Sausage

1          Egg

4          large deli slices of Havarti cheese

Cut the Tangy Summer Sausage in half, then half each section. Proceed to slice each quarter section into 1 inch spears. You should end up with 16 Tangy Summer Sausage spears total.

Cut each slice of Havarti into 4 long strips.

Crack the egg into a small bowl. Whip egg until well mixed. This egg wash will be used to seal the egg roll.

Place a Tangy Summer Sausage spear and 1 strip of Havarti cheese into 1 egg roll wrapper. Roll as directed on egg roll wrapper package and use egg wash to seal.

Fry in deep fryer until egg roll wrapper is crisp (about 3-4 minutes). Warm through in a preheated oven at 350 degree F for 5 minutes.
